The phone is sold by verizon. I AM UNSURE IF IT IS UNLOCKED TO ANY CARRIER OR FOR VERIZON ONLY AS I CANNOT TEST SIM CARD BECAUSE LCD IS BAD AND SHOWS NOTHING. SO I CANNOT GUARANTEE ITS CARRIER UNLOCKED

ISSUES:

1.  LCD IS BAD.  SCREEN SHOWS NOTHING inside on the big screen. I CANNOT TEST ANYTHING SINCE SCREEN NOT WORKING

BIG SCREEN INSIDE DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. SMALL OUTSIDE WORKS FINE.
