Liftmaster model 8355w. This is a perdessional grade operator. Cannot purchase retail.    Tested and runs perfect!   It is from 2017.  It's only 7 years old with lots of life left.   Head unit and wall station only.  You will have to re use your old rail and sensors.   Message me with questions!
