Use the Shopping Cart for Store Purchases and the ship charge will adjust at checkout. 

Shipping will also discount when paying for multiple auction items.

The discount is only offered ONLY on items that are combined into 

one invoice with one single payment made for the entire order.

a combined shipping invoice prior to submitting payment.
