Released in the ongoing Studio Series line, the Decepticon is 100% complete with all accessories. The original instructions are also included. 

The figure's joints are firm enough to maintain poses. It does have problems holding the spinning blade weapon in robot-mode.

Purchased by an adult collector, it has been transformed only a handful of times. Otherwise it has been stored in a smoke-free environment, away from direct sunlight.
