Frankie "The Old Flash" Frisch (1897-1973) signed postcard (HOF-1947) was a switch-hitting 2nd baseman, coach, and manager. He played 19 seasons with the N.Y. Giants (1919-1926), and Cardinals (1927-1937). A 3-time All-Star, Frisch played in 2311 games, hitting .316, with 2880 hits, 195 HRs, 1244 RBIs, and 419 stolen bases (leading the league 3-times).  He was the N.L. MVP in 1931, hitting .311, with 11 HRs, 82 RBIs, and league leading 28 stolen bases. His best season was 1923, hitting a career high .348, with league leading and career high 223 hits, and career high 12 HRs, 111 RBIs, and league leading and career high 49 stolen bases. He played in 4 W.S. (4 for the Giants with a 2-2 record & 4 for the Cardinals, also 202), and hit .300+ 13-times in his career.  In the 8 W.S., he played in 50 games, with a .294 batting average, and 10 RBIs. After his playing career, Frisch player/manager of the Cardinals (1933-1937 & manager 1938), Manager of the Pirates (1940-1946), coach of the Cubs (1949 & manager (1949-1951). His record as manager was 1138-1078, winning a pennant in 1934.
