Back of the head says Mattel 1980 39.  Her back says Mattel 1986 Hong Kong.  Her legs and arms feel rubbery and she bends at the knees.  Her feet have been chewed on so I've enclosed pictures to show the amount of  damage.  I'm not positive about who she is.  But the closest I could come up with was Steffi.
