Both games appear to be 100% complete with the instruction manuals, however I could not verify that all the army pieces are there for the risk game since the manual doesn't give an exact number. 

The outer boxes do show some wear, but all the parts and pieces inside are clean and in very nice condition. Please do view all of the photos. Made by Mayfair Games in 2008.
