This is Icom's famous IC-706MKⅡ. Can transmit and receive in HF, 50, and 145MHZ bands. I checked each function. There seems to be no problem.
Each band has roughly the rated output. Using dummy load.
145 is 18w.
Since this is an old machine, we cannot guarantee all functions.
