Item is sealed in original packaging but the packaging has a corner cut off and a break on the side which is all pictured.  Item has never been opened from 1998 and the Try Me function does not work batteries are dead.  Item is new old dead stock and may not not function as intended comes as is!   Please refer to photos!!!
