Very nice condition from an estate. Not sure of age but the lady that owned it was about 95. It does have a spot as shown in the corner. It may wash or clean out. Has a light pleasant scent from years in its former home. You likely will want to clean it when you get is in any case. Measurements are approximate and were done when the photos were done. Colors are wonderful!
