From comparative photos I have titled it as a Sheaffer Slender Balance fountain pen. Please take a good look yourself. Most sheaffer balance pens seemed to have the white dot and were thicker.

It's just shy of 5.5" long. 10.3mm wide

Very good/excellent cosmetic condition,  though it was personalized with the name "Anna Wagner".

My guess is that the nib is Fine. But I don't have the best discerning eye for determining fine versus medium. The nib material almost seems like brass.

The pen is untested.
