*Shipping Policy: We ship our items plus shipping and handling fees. U.S shipping Calculated: Cost varies by buyer location, package weight, and chosen shipping service. Items will be shipped USPS. We use only recycled shipping materials which means all our boxes and plastic/paper wrap comes from previously shipped items from other stores. We also recycle clean plastic bags and unused paper towel or recycled newspaper for use in packing materials. All items are packaged appropriately to help your item arrive to you as safely as possible. Shipping Services: USPS Priority Mail (1 to 4 business days), USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days), and USPS Parcel Ground Advantage (2 to 9 business days). If you buy more than one item, we offer combined shipping discounts. Handling time: 4-5 business days due to personal abilities and weather patterns here in Michigan. We take the time to pack every item carefully with protective packing materials and sometimes need to deliver your item to the shipping carrier when shipping carrier pickup is unavailable. We add a Handling cost fee on Calculated shipping only of $4.00. To ensure both buyer and seller protection, basic insurance is included with USPS service of Priority mail or Express but it is not included in Parcel Select Ground unless valued over $100. Items valued over $100.00 require signature validation. Signature validation & shipping insurance is included for items valued over $500.00. We do not ship internationally. We excluded the following locations due to increased shipping costs and increased handling times: US Protectorates, APO/FPO, Africa, Asia, Australia, Central America and Caribbean, Europe + UK, Middle East, Some parts of North America, Oceania, South America, and Southeast Asia.
Return policy: We only provide a refund if an item is damaged during shipping or for new items from our manufacturer that may have been damaged during production. The item should arrive un-damaged. We do not provide buyer's remorse refunds. If your item is damaged during shipping or was damaged during production, please take immediate pictures exactly how your item arrived and notify us within 3 business days! If you wait any longer, no refund will be provided. If the item is shipped from us and NOT from our manufacturer, we will also take pictures of the packaging process and as it is before the package is shipped out and ready to ship. Feel free to request these photos but we will attach them to the shipping notification. All items must be
returned in original packaging and unopened. Buyer must pay return shipping.
All returns are subject to a 15% shelf return fee.
