This piece is part of Hutton Wilkinson's HSN line from the 2010-2012.  Pretty gold tone necklace with removable starfish brooch/pin/pendant.  Starfish has cream colored enamel, features six faux red coral cabochons and is accented with gilding. 

Piece has maker's mark on the back of the brooch.
