She is a beautiful doll.  She comes with a dress but it is not an original My Child dress.  I've included pictures of her underarm tags and the My Child stamp on her bottom.  There is also a picture of her foot that shows where one of the stitches came out.  That stitch when pulled real tight made her toes and foot more defined.
