Vintage 1970 Ideal TRESSY Doll in Original Blue Tagged 3pc Outfit Growing Hair

Her outfit has never been cleaned so shown as is, dirty, but no damage, all buttons intact and working.

I’m not sure if she works, I tried turning the dial and it feels jammed but I didn’t mess with it since I’m not sure exactly how it works. The dolls body is in excellent clean condition. Her sleepy eyes look foggy, not sure how to clean them so also uncleaned, her “real” lashes are intact, eyes open and close freely, arms, legs, head all turn smoothly.
