Vintage Ludwig Schmid glazed porcelain ashtray of a white monkey seated on a pink bowl in good condition except for a linear under the glaze unmovable separation of the elbows from the knees-use zoom feature to examine the photos; otherwise, there are no chips, cracks repairs or crazing. The entire ashtray is 5 3/4" tall; the monkey alone is 4 1/2" x 6 1/2" in width. The pink bowl which is 6 1/2" in diameter has a 2 mm glazed brown dot on the upper surface; the undersurface is impressed Ludwig Schmid under the glaze.
