Stated the wrong size, when measured while lying flat and across the front only the waistband is 1  inches, when fully stretched the waistband is 16 1/4 inches, should fit 34 inches comfortably

Soft cotton shield

Very good condition but there are a few black marks in the cotton shield, see pictures before bidding.
