6- Pack Brand New SMC 3/8" NPT 12V DC Normally Closed Valve P/N VXD232BZ1DBXB, replaces old P/N VXD2130-03N-6G1-B. This valve can be used for Air Ride Suspension as well as Train horns. These valves are 220 PSI Max. Comes with Mounting Bracket & two Screws (Bracket not screwed to valve). These New Style SMC valves have white color Fixed solenoid (Solenoid does not rotate, like the old style valves). These SMC 3/8" Valves come with two wires attached to solenoid for easy connections.

Applications & Features:

• These SMC 3/8" valves come with 10 MM orifice so the response time is very quick.
• Needs Minimum 10 PSI to crack open the solenoid for Air to flow.
• These are rated 220 PSI Max so some back pressure may be needed with some Air Suspension systems on trucks or cars in order for the dump/ release valve to close. Either screw in 3/8" plug on the dump valve and drill a 1/16" hole or put a smaller size tube (1/8" PTC X 3/8" NPT Fitting) on the dump valve. This will create back pressure for dump valve to remain close.
• 12V DC Normally Closed, comes with two lead wires and a mounting bracket with two screws.

Note: If your dump valve or fill valve is stuck open then it may be caused by any small piece of trash or water from your tank. Just open and clean valves and it should work again. Make sure your ground wires on valves are grounded to body of vehicle. If you are using a 7 or 9 switch box then just follow the wiring diagram on it.
