This is fitted to the Subaru Impreza and Legacy, late 1998 to 2002, using a 3 wire switch which simply unbolts from the water system. If your scooby has starting issues from warm or cold, runs lumpy or uses excessive amounts of fuel then chances are this sensor is playing up. Even if you have no problem for the cos, it's worth changing at a major service interval to make sure fueling is spot on (with fuel prices rising daily). This is an aftermarket part which has been made to OE standard and designed specifically for this application. Its part number cross references directly with 22630AA161 which is the Subaru part number and retails at over £35.00 plus vat. This is delivered for less!
