This is a very tough to find book called Promotion How today's creators broke into Comics and their advice to you. It is signed by the author Brian Saner-Lamken and Mark Waid. Stuff by Byrne, Ayers, David, Geary, Ordway and many others. Dates from 1995 1st printing. Great piece.
