Delayed & Lost Items
-We will deem an order as lost 15 working days for UK mail and 21 working days for other international mail.
-If you have not received your item yet please allow for these time frames before contacting us as the postal service will not accept our claim prior th this.

-Returns accepted - 14 days of receipt
