This is used  US military navy all weather coat with liner and belt. size 44XL. blue color. stock no 8405-01-175-2299. contract no SPM1C1-07-D-0026. 65% polyester, 35% cotton.  made by American Apparel Inc. This coat have some dust dirt on it, as shown in the photos.
