RETURNS
We offer free returns and exchanges on all UK orders.
Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, goods should be returned in the same original condition as they were delivered with all labels and product packaging that was originally on the product.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We offer free returns from UK, Austria, Germany, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Spain.
Please contact us to receive a free returns label or for more information. The cost of returns from other International countries is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty whereby we will issue a free returns label or reimburse your return delivery costs upon receipt of the item if we are unable to issue a free returns label.
RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please note that for hygiene reasons and health and safety, we are unable to accept the return of underwear if it has been worn, washed or stained or show signs of use. Any returns that are received by us that are not in their original condition will be returned to you. This does not affect your statutory rights or apply to products that are faulty.
