RETURN OF GOODS INFORMATION

Please notify us within 7 days of the goods arriving if your items are damaged or faulty . The eBay buyer may be requested to email pictures if the item is damaged or faulty in order to resolve any issues in a short period of time.

The buyer must provide a tracking number for all returned goods in order for Disposal and Surplus eBay store to provide an exchange or refund. The returned goods must include a copy of the return of goods authorization email that is to be issued to you once your report has been assessed.
