Was informed of the following: "Thought you might like to know that this was a set from a design by Carl Hildesheimer of Germany. Most of these sets are vintage sets. I don't think they are making them any longer. The area in which they were originally made was Hildesheim, Germany. So I presume the man, Hildesheimer, was from that town and probably the town was named after his family. I have one of the dessert sets."  I will be looking into this information now that I have a name.

Almost all of the pieces are Stamped 100

All pieces have an open Rose Pattern, except one Tong.

Condition:  VERY GOOD.  Tarnished and need to be polished. No scratches or knicks visble to the eye.  One piece of fabric that is used as a decorative edging has come off.
