TRANSIT TIME: Between 6-10 days. May be longer due to customs, clearance and your local postal service.


Shipping Terms: Auto Express will not pay for any return shipping for any item that may be defective or have any shipping damage that is shipped out of the 48 lower contiguous states of the USA. However, if the items are shipped within the 48 lower contiguous states we will be more than happy to assist with any item that may be damaged or have a manufacturers defect. You may return any item within 7 days of receiving your item for an exchange. The item must be in the original packaging. You will need to call and get an RMA number.


Warranty :
All Lift Supports carry a life-time manufacturers warranty against factory defects ( not wear & tear ), this is a parts only warranty, and does not cover labor, towing, car rental, or any other expense.





Warranty Claims :
Please email or call us with your warranty claim including: your reason for return, full name, ebay item number, date of purchase or paypal transaction invoice or number, so we may process the claim.
