 This is a two-part swivel desk cable tidy/grommet, made of strong ABS plastic. Please note that the dark brown grommet is a slightly different design to the other colours, it's cable aperture being of fixed size and not variable as with the other colours as can be seen in the photo below, however it is still a two-part item with a cover that goes over the hole of the outer sleeve which fits into the desk.

The cover plate surface insert fits into the outer sleeve keeping your entire computer (or appliance) cables tidy to give a neat appearance rather than hanging over the edge.  Cables neatly feed through your desk, work surface, sales counter etc. Cover plate in all varieties of these can also be removed completely to allow cables with electric plugs attached to pass through.
