Warranty Policy :

  1. 12 months (one year) from the date of purchase or 30,000km (whichever occurs first).
  2. The warranty DOES NOT cover radiator failure due to external damage, excess cooling system pressure or corrosion due to mixed coolants or electrolysis.
  3. A thorough flush of the cooling system (inc. heater & overflow) is recommended, as is the inspection of all hoses and radiator cap.
  4. A stray current (electrolysis) test is also recommended, and should show a reading of 0.05 volts or lower. If test reads higher, seek an auto electrician to rectify the problem.
  5. See your vehicle service manual, or local dealership for correct coolant specifications.
  6. Successful warranty claims will be honored with a replacement unit or store credit.
  7. Warranty does not cover any fitting or return postage costs.
  8. Postage costs of any returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
  9. A $25.00 restocking fee will apply to all incorrect orders taken
