Antique Chinese Export Famille Rose Hand Painted Teapot with Flowers & Writing.

Out of a local estate of Chinese Antiques.  
Thick White Porcelain with Hand Painted Polychromatic decorations of 2 Flowers.
There is also a poem or writing on the lid & back side of the pot.
The Bottom has an Export Wax Seal.
Exact age unknown, probably mid-late 19th to early 20th century or so.
Approx.  4.5" tall" x 6.75" long.
15.2 ounces.

Fair condition with wear, dirt & paint / decoration loss.
Also, a few internal firing crazing / hairlines (see last 2 pictures).
