We can only guarantee that this item is compatible if the full model number of your computer is exactly matching the model number listed in the title. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify this prior to purchasing the item. If a total of 4GB (or more) memory is installed, a portion of the system memory over 3GB might not be available to the 32-bit Operating System. When installing more than 4GB of memory we recommend to use a 64-bit Operating System.

Delivery

To guarantee a quick, cheap and secure delivery we follow these principles:

- all items are packed securely with anti-static protection

Although we do our best to ensure that the item is with you in a timely manner we have to use a carrier service for the delivery part. Therefore delays may be encountered due to reasons beyond our control.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the laptop for which the upgrade is ordered is in fully working condition prior to purchasing the item. If you are unsure that your laptop meets this criteria we don't recommend buying the item to avoid further complications.

We pack every item securely to ensure that you receive it in the same fully working condition as it leaves our warehouse. But if you assume that goods were damaged in transit please let us know and return them as soon as possible. If the product is found defective after inspection you will be offered replacement or full refund on your choice. In case the item is working or you purchased it by mistake and no longer wish to keep it you will get a full refund after deducting a 10% restocking fee and we won't be able to refund postage costs either.
