The wiring inside the cable is different from a typical VGA splitter cable. You can easily get a VGA splitter cable on the market but it won't work on your z2300 system. This cable is custom made to work on your z-2300 speaker system.
If you have an extra set of Logitech Z-2300 Speakers with no control pod, then you can use this splitter cable to connect your ONE control pod with TWO sets of speakers! You will have control over the two sets of speakers at the same time. Enjoy the doubled power of your dual-sub system!
To get a 1 to 3 splitter, you can combine 2 of these Y splitter cables. To get a 1 to 4 splitter, you can combine 3 of these cables.

The length of the cable is 3 ft. 1 Male to 2 Females. Male connects to the control pod, females connect to the two subwoofers.
