The internal circumference(I.C.), is the length of the bracelet when the bracelets are closed & worn on the wrist. Please Measure your wrist before buying. The I.C. is the maximum sized wrist that the bracelet will fit. They are large enough to fit the wrists of most men.
The bracelets have box catches. These are very strong & secure.
