Shoe sizes:
- To measure your feet, please stand straight on a piece of paper and let someone draw around your foot. Or you can stand on top of a ruler.
- Please measure from your heel to your big toe and add 0.5cm for some extra space.
- Please note that even using this method, the shoes you'll order might not fit 100% due to other factors such as shoe width, calf width etc.
- In case you need to return the shoes because they won't fit, we can't compensate you for the return shipping fee. Thank you for your kind understanding.
We ship all our items with registered Airmal (ePacket or DHL Worldwide Express) !
Due to the pandemic, Japan Post stopped accepting packages for some countries. For those countries we will use DHL Worldwide Express and the shipping fee will be at least 20 USD.
We will use DHL for customers living in the following countries: USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Israel, Ireland, most countries in South America and Asia.
Due to shipping restrictions by DHL, we might not be able to ship your order or change to another carrier. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping Time: Usually we will ship your order within 2-5 days after we've received your payment.
After your order has been shipped, it will take about 2-5 business days to arrive for customers who choose expedited shipping or DHL. For all other customers it might take 1-2 weeks or longer to arrive, depending on your countries postal service and customs clearance.
For customers living in the EU: Please note that all prices are without tax or duties. When you receive your item, it is very likely that you have to pay additional fees for importing your katana. Unfortunately we can't cover these additional fees.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you've received it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
