We want to explain shipping cost because it seems a bit high but the item being shipped to you  cover shipping and  material cost (covers of of the material cost not all) combined. Each item is shipped with a tracking number and that cost $2.00 (depending on the type of item that you purchase which is calculated by weight) so both the seller and the buyer are confident that the item gets to the final destination. We do not insure the item if you need the item to be insured that will be added requiring the buyer to pay the additional cost. You are only being charged for shipping and nothing more. I know some customers prefer free shipping but if I offered free shipping the price of the item would be more "). 

 

IF YOU PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE ITEM PLEASE REQUEST AN INVOICE BEFORE PAYMENT BECAUSE I WANT THE SHIPPING PRICE TO BE FAIR FOR YOU. SOMETIMES YOU MAY ORDER SOME ITEMS THAT DOESN'T COST EXTRA IN SHIPPING CHARGES SINCE I BASE MY SHIPPING ON WEIGHT.

If you think that this will happen, you MUST buy shipping insurance!  The US postal service will not take responsibility for your package if it is lost or damaged unless you have shipping insurance.  If the buyer chooses NOT to buy this insurance, then the Seller will not be held responsible if the US postal service loses or damages your package.  I have had way too many packages lost or damaged by the postal service which I have had to replace.  I have usually done this at my expense but I cannot do that anymore.  Thanks for you understanding.

• All of the items from are new unless specified otherwise.

• While 99% of my items are brand new there is an occasion that I will sell a used pin so for that reason the rest is detailed below.

• All items that are used pins ( 2nd, 3rd, & 4th hand pins from other traders and sellers), I want to note that because these pins come from 2nd or 3rd hand. WE CANNOT guarantee that they come from smoke/pet/allergy free household. We always sterilize our hands when handling pins, after the picture is taken they remain in the bag until purchase until they are bubble wrapped and mailed.

• If for any reason there is an issue with your order, let us know!!!! We accept returns up to 14 days after the sale, and can do a complete refund for your order minus the shipping.

• All pins are trade-able at the parks. Some of our pins come from other collectors and friends who live near both Disney Parks. If you have any questions about the authenticity of a pin, contact us, and we'll provide whatever information we can.

• If there is a problem with you order, or if you cannot make a payment please contact me! 90% of these problems can be resolved through communiation and we do work with our buyers.

• FEEDBACK is important to us and the buyer and we will leave a comment once the feedback is received. Feedback helps us with our sales and shows what type of sellers we are and to continue to provide the service we do we are asking for the feedback first which we gladly provide in return in less than 24 hours.
