Returns and Exchanges
We understand no internet order is going to go according to your liking. Therefore, Work Boot Word does accept returns or exchanges done within 30 DAYS of receipt of your purchased item. Please note that the buyer is responsible for shipping back and return shipping on returns or exchanges. Returns will be given as money back through PayPal payment gateway, or via whichever form of payment was received on your original order. A 10% restocking fee may apply upon returned merchandise. No merchandise may be returned that is not in its original box and in unworn and unused condition. All footwear sent back in any used condition will not be refunded and the buyer may incur more shipping to return worn items back to the buyer.
