If you would like your hair delivered to your work, please make sure your work does not have a GPO Box or Mail room. This can cause delays of up to a week 

Please allow 1-3 working days for express delivery (no more than 1-2 days if your in a metro area, express delivery network or in Victoria). If we do not hear from you we assume you have received your hair. It is your responsibility to contact us if you do not get your hair within the time frame after being dispatched

BEFORE removing the gold bands Gently holding the hair from the top with your hand and gently driving your hand to the bottom of the extensions can determine the thickness. This will also allow you to feel the hair to see if it’s suited or not and the colour can be visually inspected. 

Everyones thickness differs due to different head size.

With so many extensions on the market there might be a chance that our extensions may not suit you. The colour chart is used as a guide only, colour will slightly vary from screen to screen and physiacally from batch to batch. A close up photo of the hair is available on request so please do not hesitate to contact us for a close up photo before purchasing 

When you receive your extensions please take the time to inspect the hair BEFORE removing the gold bands from the hair as once the gold bands have been removed, this will void a refund or exchange. 

 If you receive your purchase and are in any way unhappy with the feel, colour or thickness this will indicate that the extensions are not suited for you. DO NOT REMOVE THE GOLD BANDS, DO NOT WEAR THE HAIR OR STRAIGHTEN THE HAIR, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE THE HAIR SUIT YOUR NEEDS BY TAMPERING WITH THE HAIR, Contact us as soon as possible on how to obtain a refund. You will be responsible for return postage, We will refund you minus 9.99 for postage within Australia and minus $19.99 international orders

Once the hair has been removed from its gold bands and original packaging we are unable to accept a return due to hygienic reasons. 

If colour is incorrect we will exchange for another. You must contact us first before sending an item back for exchange or refund. Item must be returned within 30 days. Item must not be out of its original packaging and gold bands are to be intact and not removed.  You will be responsible for return postage cost, if you would like us to redeliver, there will be a fee of $10 and we will express post the exchanged item back to you 

Removing the bindings indicates acceptance on your part that the hair is in good condition and suitable for your use.  If Clip Ins are returned to us and we find that they have been removed from the packaging they will be returned to you.

As advised by the suppliers, we strongly don't recommend colouring the hair as the hair is not virgin hair but processed hair, the chemicals used on the initial production of the extensions is highly concentrated as its produced in a higher volume. This makes it harder to get the color out of the hair or make the colour stick. If you do successfully lift the colour or dye the extensions, this may significantly lower the life of the extensions. Any dyeing or colouring including purple shampoo etc is to be done at your own risk. We have had many customers who have dyed the hair perfectly fine, and we have had customers who have dyed the hair but could not get to the colour they required. 

Please be aware with your purchase that If you colour or tone the hair we will not be liable for any damage done and we will not be able to refund or exchange.
