ER70S6 is a mild steel welding wire that contains higher levels of manganese and silicon than other standard grades of MIG wire to product high quality welds when used on dirty, oily, or rusty steel.  The high silicon content increases the fluidity of the weld pool, thus creating a smoother bead appearance and resulting in minimal post-weld grinding.  This wire is engineered to provide porosity-free, x-ray quality welds at the highest tensile strength (as welded) of all the plain carbon steel wires.

Typical Applications:  general shop applications with poor fit-up or rusty, oily plates; steel castings or forging salvage; home projects; sheet metal; tanks; construction work

·         Returned items must have original packaging and must be unused and undamaged, buyer pays for return shipping. UPS shipments returned as undeliverable or refused will have both the original and return shipping fees deducted from their refund.

·         All items come with a manufacturer warranty. The warranty applies to defective products. Damage inflicted by the user is not covered.
