These 2 DVD's contain 21 rare antique COOKING books, Cookery, Cuisine, Old Recipes, Famous chefs techniques, etc. in facsimiles as HIGH RESOLUTION images, meaning that in most cases every page of the real book corresponds to an image. The books have an image resolution of approx. 1300x1900, and some books have a higher resolution like for example 2000x3000 pixels. They are written in different languages like German, English, French, with many beautiful and suggestive illustrations and have a total of over 6000 pages.
