NAKD ships with Australia Post

 Items will be shipped within one business day after payment has cleared.

Postage usually takes between 1-6 business days for all metropolitan areas and up to 9 days for regional areas.

TERMS OF SALE

We are happy to exchange your item for a different size in stock;

All items must be returned unused, unworn and unwashed with original tags still attached within 30 days of purchase.

      Item/s returned without the original tags attached will not be accepted due to hygiene reasons.  They will be returned to the sender as they cannot be resold.

      All return postage costs to NAKD are to be paid by the customer.  For Item/s damaged or where the wrong product was sent, NAKD will cover the cost of the postage back to us.  

      Exchanges will be sent back to the customer at no cost to the customer.
