We offer 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on every item we sell, (This does not apply to factory sealed software which has been opened from original packaging). Only software which has not been opened from factory packaging (Unbroken factory seal) can be returned per our return policy. If for any reason you are not happy with the item, please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Brand New Factory Sealed Software cannot be returned once opened from the factory packaging (Broken factory seal). Please verify the software purchased is correct or that it will work for your needs before breaking the factory seal.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by us must accompany all returns.
- We will be unable to process an item without an RMA number - please contact our Customer Service to obtain one (we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this might cause).
- Buyers must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item to obtain an RMA number.
- If item does not match listing description - we will send you the correct item or refund your payment in full.
- Physically damaged or defective on arrival (DOA) items must be reported within 24 hours of arrival to qualify for a damage claim.
- RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issue.
- All returned items must not be tempered with and should have all of the parts and accessories included with the item.
- Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost/fees.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for all refunds (after the product is returned to us).

Q: How long does it take to ship an item?
A: We strive to ship all items within 1 business day after payment is received, provided your order does not require Freight shipping.
Q: How does curbside service work?
A: Please see below:
- The item will be shipped secured on a pallet to your residence
- Upon inspection you will sign off on the Bill of Lading confirming that you received the purchased item(s) in good condition
- You will detach the item from the pallet (typically you will need to cut poly-strap or plastic wrap. This could be easily done with regular scissors)
- The item will them need to be removed from the truck. Note, for heavier items more than one person might be required.
Note: If you are not comfortable with this process, we strongly recommend getting lift gate service. If you do choose curbside service and later realize you actually needed the lift gate service, contact us through eBay messages immediately. We will send a payment request for the $75 fee and make arrangements with the carrier.
Q: Do you ship on weekends and holidays?
A: No, we do not ship on weekends or major US observed holidays. Your order will be processed the next business day if you place an order during the weekend or on a holiday.
Q: What do I do if I accidentally confirmed my bid and/or I no longer want the item?
A: Contact us through eBay or by calling, we will be happy to cancel your transaction and relist the item.
