Dissolve approximately 2lbs of Dead Sea Salts into a warm bath and bathe for 20 minutes. Use 3-4 timesa week, for a period of 4 weeks for best results. Steam Therapy
Dissolve a handful of DeadSea Salts into a bowl of steaming hot water, drape towel over head and aroundbowl, face should be 12 - 18 inches from surface of water, breathe in throughyour nose and out through your mouth. Having a hot bath with Elixir Dead SeaSalts and allowing the steam to collect in the bathroom will also have asimilar effect.
