We only accept PayPal on eBay, this means you can rest assured your order will be with you ASAP after your purchase. For your security we only despatch your order to the address you provide us via PayPal.

As soon as you pay, eBay & PayPal will email you to let you know it's been received and as soon as we've shipped your order, we'll let you know by email that it has been despatched and the tracking number if applicable.

If you change your mind, or the purchase is not suitable, you may notify us to cancel the contract within 30 days after the day of receipt of item(s) and you have a duty to take reasonable care of the item(s) until we receive the item(s) back. Return posting costs will be at your expense.

Please return in totally UNUSED/unlaundered condition and neatly packed in the item's original packaging.

Once received and checked a refund will be processed for your item via eBay/Paypal if applicable. We do not offer an exchange so it will be necessary to re-order.

Please note that items that are returned after the 30 day period has expired will not be refunded.

Please check the item carefully before returning as items that are found to have been used,damaged, are poorly re-packed, not in "perfect condition", or have missing or damaged packaging, and therefore cannot be put back into stock may not be refunded or returned

Ensure you pack the return securely, refuse sacks are not suitable and may result in items becoming damaged in transit. Items that arrive damaged due to unsuitable packaging for transit will be refused refund by the goods inwards team. 

PLEASE DO NOT TAPE ANYTHING TO THE ITEM, DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE PLACED INSIDE THE PARCEL.
