This is for a vintage Delft Pharmaceutical Blue and White 6" porcelain Pill tile. It 1990 tile shows a PHARMACIST'S LABORATORY....young Pharmacist interns would work over a hot kettle...learning to mix up 100's of recipes for cures...looks a little more tedious than todays studies??

This is for just one..out of a nice group of Vintage Delft Dutch porcelain Pharmacy Theme 6" square porcelain pill tiles.  Burroughs Wellcome Co gave one of these each year, to Pharmacists who participated in their continuing education program. I have many to choose from.  My husband was a Pharmacist....Grad of Oregon State...and we enjoyed displaying these tiles around our bar...for many years. All in very good condition..no boxes...but most have the paper backing, that tells the history of each tile..some are coat of arms....most have unicorns on them too...a favorite of mine.
