We accept PayPal or a debit/credit card via Ebay and Paypal will process this for you during checkout. This means you can rest assured your order will be with you ASAP after your purchase. For your security we only despatch your order to the address you provide us via PayPal, but theres no problems with giving us a call and paying over the phone.

The Free basic shipping for Items under 2kgs will arrive with royalmail 48 that is an untracked 2-3 day service with delivery confirmation, there are options to upgrade to 24 service via royalmail or carrier next day with 1 hour delivery slot if you want to upgrade the shipping to DPD, just select DPD from the shipping options
With any items over 2kg they will be sent with DPD, with this service you get free updates via email and text message with a 1 hour delivery slot, you can even track the van if you download the DPD app from the APP store
Not going to be in?
You can re-arrange the parcel to be delivered to over 2500 locations like Halfords, Bargain Booze, Local chemists to supermarkets! With most open until late!

Worldwide shipping, most items would leave via Royalmail small packets if under 2KGS, they don't carry tracking so we would advise to upgrade the shipping so you get tracking, this is not much more.
We also offer the Ebays GSP Global Shipping Program, so ebay will deal with shipping from collecting from us to delivery to your door, this service can be chosen during checkout

We offer a 30-day returns policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return any new, unused, sealed item in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. We will refund you less the cost of outward bound postage/shipping.
We cannot accept items over 30 days unless they are faulty. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged, faulty or defective. When returning any item, make sure you include a copy of the invoice or invoice number and a note explaining the reason for return.
Cancellation Policy
Any order can be cancelled by phone or email if adequate notice is given before the order is packed and dispatched. Once an order has been packed and dispatched it cannot be cancelled but the goods can be returned in accordance with our return policy.
