The Myosource team believes that athletic training should be fun and effective. Our resistance bands training product, called Kinetic Bands, are easy to use, affordable and allow athletes of all ages and abilities to improve their skills regardless of the sport or position they play. They are safe, compact and can be used almost anywhere...at home, the office or while practicing your specific sport and all without changing your normal workout routine. 

Our resistance bands help strengthen legs and core muscles which will make you FASTER, QUICKER, STRONGER while increasing FLEXIBILITY and improving BALANCE and STAMINA. They are also great for healthy minded people who just want to stay in shape or burn calories and achieve weight-loss. Kinetic Bands complement any workout routine or weight-loss program.

Each set of Kinetic Bands® Includes: 2 comfortable and easily adjustable leg straps with Velcro type closure; 4 sets of resistance bands with varying levels (5 sets with the Level 3 Kit); Athletic Stretching Strap for post workout stretches; handy mesh travel bag for easy travel to and from workouts, access to "The Fit Athlete" training videos (link provided in insert).

LEVEL 1 - Recommended for Ages 12 and Under (or smaller users who weigh less than 110 pounds or 50 kg)

The bands in this package are shorter than our standard set and come with 1 longer band (attach to the front D-rings on both leg straps) and 1 shorter band (attach to the back D-rings on both leg straps). The shorter bands ensure youth or small framed athletes get the correct resistance.

Yellow (Power) - Approximately 9 mm thickness, 20 lbs
Used for added resistance in youth advanced training.

Long Band: Approximately 10 inches long
Short Band: Approximately 9.5 inches long

Light Blue (Advanced) - Approximately 8 mm thickness, 15 lbs
Used by those weighing under 110 lbs (50 kg). They are generally used for youth advanced full range of motion training.

Long Band: Approximately 10 inches long
Short Band: Approximately 9.5 inches long

Light Green (Intermediate) - Approximately 7 mm thickness, 12 lbs
Generally used for light stretching and general full range of motion by those weighing under 110 lbs (50 kg).

Long Band: Approximately 10 inches long

Grey (Beginner) - Approximately 6 mm thickness, 10 lbs
For beginners and can be used for light stretching by those weighing under 110 lbs (50 kg).

LEVEL 2 - Recommended for Ages 13 and Over (or average sized users who weigh 110 pounds (50 kg) or more)

LEVEL 3 - Recommended for Advanced (Strong) Athletes

Like all of our other sets of resistance bands, the elite bands also have 1 longer band which is placed between the front D-rings on each leg strap and 1 shorter band that should be placed between the back D-rings on each leg strap.

Black (Elite) - Approximately 12.5 mm thickness, 85 lbs
These bands have metal clips and are the strongest lower body resistance bands we offer. They are designed for very advanced workouts!
