SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will be processed and shipped within 24hrs of confirmed payment.

We do not ship on weekends and Bank Holidays.

Although we ship very fast we do not guarantee specific date or day for delivery as that is in the hand of Royal Mail.

All orders will be dispatched to the address held on eBay only. If a different address is required, this MUST BE specified at the time of ordering.

We accept PayPal payment only

You can pay via credit/debit card through PayPal, no need to create a PayPal account

RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are not happy with your item and wish to return it please contact us prior to sending the product.

Items must be returned in unworn/unused condition.

Items which are sent with no prior contact may be refused or delayed in processing. Please include your Ebay User ID.

Items to be returned must be sent within 7 days of a return being accepted.

Refund will be issued for item price only not the postage costs.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We are more than happy to exchange a product you bought from us for a different type or size

If your requested item's price is higher than your original purchase you will be expected to send the difference to our PayPal account
