No matter how well a transmission is maintained, high heat and friction causes metal to become worn, scratched, and deformed over time. The destruction of the surface layer occurs in high-friction areas, where entire groups of atoms – clusters - may tear off under extreme loads. Until now there was no way to reverse this inevitable metal wear.

Xado EX120 Revitalizant for Automatic Gearbox starts revitalising scratched and worn metal as soon as it is added to an automatic transmission. Revitalizant acts as a catalyst for rebuilding and revitalising metal in areas of excessive thermal energy. It activates the absorption process of carbon through the surface layer which results in the formation of metal carbides. Revitalizant rebuilds metal at a molecular level, atom-by-atom. A new durable protective coating is formed with the help of carbides and metal particles. Because it has a self-regulating maximum thickness it does not cake. Diffusion of the protective layer into the metal results in an extra durable gradient coating with positive pressing stress forming along the entire treated surface in the final stage of Revitalization. The treated metal is now rebuilt and protected with diamond-like film of ceramic-metal, resulting in smoother operation and longer life.

	I read about your gearbox gel on the internet and after reading some of the comments, I decided to try it. I have a Discovery TD5 and the gearbox was quite noisy. The noise sounded like bearing wear/rattle. I purchased 2. tubes of your gearbox gel and installed it with new oil in the gearbox. At first I thought nothing was happening, but after approx 500 miles the gearbox is getting quieter and I am sure that the more miles I do it will improve even more. Application:

Ensure that the Xado EX120 Revitalizant for Automatic Gearbox treatment package is at room temperature so the contents flow freely. Add the necessary amount of the revitalizant into the transmission fluid reservoir. Drive the car normally. Revitalization is considered to be complete after 50 hours (approx. 1,500 km or 950 miles) of transmission operation.

Do not change oil until the end of the treatment!
A decrease in the gearbox noise after the first hour of operation is a sign that the revitalization process has begun.
If the noise returns, it indicates that there is substantial wear in the gearbox – in this case the dosage should be doubled.
If there is no improvement in the gearbox operation after 100-200 km (approx. 60-120 miles), you are most likely dealing with inaccurate diagnostics.
Revitalizant is compatible with all types of fluids for the automatic transmissions: Dexron®, Mercon®, Mopar®, CVT, etc. It does not enter into chemical reactions with transmission fluids or change their viscosity, friction or other physical-chemical properties.
