Here we have a lucky touch wood/wud eagle's claw charm.

These charms originate from the 1st World War period and were known as Fumsup Charms which were charms with wooden heads, mostly depicting babies given to sweethearts to keep them safe, by touching the wood, hence the term "Touch Wood".

This particular range dates more from the late 50's to 70's which incorporated wooden beads where touching the wood would bring the wearer "Good Luck".

These and the rest of our charms are made by us from the original patterns.
