Our Holy Communion Pocket Watch comes fully engraved with your own personal message on the rear of the Watch Case and is the ideal gift to mark a Boy's First Holy Communion. All you have to do is give us your personal message of up to around 50 letters long.

The front of the Watch Case has a solid Pewter feature, combining the Chalice with the Host, Wheat and Grapes, important symbols marking this special occasion. The Pewter Watch case also has the words 'On Your First Holy Communion' set into it, adding quality and interest to what is already a very special Holy Communion gift.

This gift comes in its own Quality Wooden Presentation Box which is hinged and has a velour and satin lined interior. The most popular format for the personal message is for example 'To Andrew. On Your Holy Communion, 24th June 2015. Love, Mum & Dad'. Remember that the area of the Watch Case is relatively small so less is definitely more!

The watch diameter is approximately 45mm and the boxed weight is approximately 180g.  The watch has a Quartz battery powered movement and the Quality Wooden Gift Box measures approximately 100mm Length x 100mm Width x 40mm Depth.

When will my order be dispatched?

We always try to dispatch orders as quickly as possible after payment has been cleared and usually the following day after an order has been placed. This isn't always possible due to high demand particularly as the vast majority of our items are individually personalised to each customer's requirements. Where the required personalisation information isn't provided by a customer, this will also impact on our ability to dispatch an item promptly.

What delivery method do you use?

All items are shipped via Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class Delivery. The delivery cost is included in the price you pay for your item.

What if my item doesn't arrive when expected?

It is likely that your postman has attempted to deliver whilst no one was in and didn't leave a card advising that the delivery had been attempted. Please always go to your Local Royal Mail Sorting Office and advise them of your name and address and they will check if your parcel is awaiting collection - take a form of Identification with you. We find that in almost every instance this will be the case. If your item is not there, please contact us and we will look into it further.

What happens if my goods arrive damaged?

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit, please contact us through your eBay account and if possible provide a photograph and we will ensure that the issue is resolved.

What if I want to return my item?

Where you have purchased a personalised item, we are unable to use it for any other customer and unless there is a reasonable query in relation to it, we are not able to accept a return.

What Personalisation Information do I need to provide?

Where you have purchased a personalised item, we will need your personalisation information before we are able to process your order. The personalisation information you need to provide us with is clearly highlighted in the 'Product Description' Section. Please try to follow the requirements closely as if you do not provide this or if your personalisation information is not in the right format or is too long for example, your order will not be processed promptly.
