To clean your mold just wash your mold with soap and warm water and let air dry.

Please allow 3 to 5 weeks for delivery of international items. All international items are insured, if the item you purchased happens to get lost in transit then we can file a claim for a full refund plus the shipping charge after 45 days of it being shipped.

Customer service is my #1 priority if you receive a damaged or defective mold I will be more than happy to exchange it for you. A picture will be required. I do have the measurements in all of my molds for your convenience if you receive your molds and it is not what you need then you can return the unused molds but there will be a 25% restocking fee, buyer is responsible for shipping and the initial paid shipping will not be refunded.
